New Ways of Communication

Through our experiences in 2023, we have recognized the need to revamp our communication approach. As a result, we are currently in the process of developing a new Road Map for 2024. Alongside this occasional newsletter to address important matters, we will be introducing new product launches mainly twice a year - in January, with delivery scheduled for Q4, and in June, with delivery set for Q2 of the following year.

Previously released campaigns and promotions will now be transformed into what we refer to as Seasonal Info. These communications will provide concise details about multiple product lines, tailored to suit the appropriate season. Consequently, they will be sent out less frequently than before and will no longer include pricing information.

New to the Team

We are delighted to announce that we have a new member in our Value Business team! Please welcome Lorena who has recently joined us as part of our growing team. Lorena is a highly skilled and dedicated individual with sales experience and a deep knowledge of the business. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service, Lorena will be happy to assist you with all your order requirements. Lorena will take over a lot of the work tasks from Frederik.
